Book News!!! Shadow Town is out!

I'm giddy, folks. Shadow Town: Maggie Lane Chronicles #1 is finally on Amazon and Smashwords. Maggie has a special place in my heart. She's a hard girl who'd rather knuckle punch her best friend than give him a hug. She's always torn between running, fighting, and mouthing off. Sometimes she does all three at the same time. I'm afraid long term exposure to her attitude problem has severely affected my sass level. This is my first venture into New Adult, but I must confess I wrote this story before I knew what that was.

I'm planning a blog tour the last week of February (2/24-2/28). Here's the awesome cover Jaclyn Canada over at JC's Book Haven created and a little blurb. If you would like to join the tour leave a blog post comment or email me.

Foul-mouth Maggie Lane can find anyone she sets her sights on. And it hasn't worked out well for the nineteen-year-old. Despite her vow to quit sleuthing, a waitress at her night job goes missing. Worse, her hot new neighbor, a Shadow, eats away at her life-hardened heart. Will she be strong enough to face the demons she unearths?

    1. Thanks Ki! Just a couple years ago, most books with 19 yr olds as the MC were considered YA. I like the middle ground because there are some steamy scenes. Oh and Maggie is an artist. Her painting sessions in the book made me want to dig out my oils and brushes.
